This one day (6 hour) course incudes and introduction to work breakdown structures; how to create and update the WBS; tools and techniques and integration with other project management activities including scheduling and costing, communication, risks, quality and agile. At the end of the class, each participant will:

• Have an understanding of the WBS
• Know how to construct a WBS
• Have an understanding of the tools and techniques for creating and maintaining a WBS
